We provided project management and site supervision services for the reconstruction and upgrade of the Heritage Hotel Piazza, located on the main city square in the historic center of Split. The project involved the renovation of a heritage protected building and its transformation into a high end boutique hotel, with careful coordination of works in a complex urban environment under strict conservation requirements.
